Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made the recommended project selection for federal Surface Transportation Block Grant Program and Highway Infrastructure Program funds available for public comment. A recommended contingency list is also released for public comment through this notice of public comment period. Transportation projects being considered for award and for the contingency list are from governments within the Skagit region.
