The Skagit MPO ITS Architecture serves as a plan to illustrate: what ITS systems were in place in the Skagit Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) boundaries in 2011; what systems were planned to be deployed in the next five years; and what opportunities exist to share resources and improve coordination between agencies to improve overall system functionality.
