The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) is in the process of developing a Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan (CTP-HSTP). SCOG, as the state-designated Regional Transportation Organization for the Skagit Region, coordinates stakeholders and partners in identifying and prioritizing transportation improvement projects for funding consideration.
