13 Jan Growth Projections and Allocations Request for Proposals (Updated with Questions and Responses)
The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request of proposals (RFP) for professional services relating to projections and allocations of population, housing and employment growth in Skagit County, Washington. SCOG is the metropolitan planning organization designated under federal law, and regional transportation planning organization designated under state law, in Skagit County. The project will be funded primarily through federal funds provided through an agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The scope of services for a professional services agreement is expected to include the following tasks: (1) project administration and coordination; (2) technical workshop(s) and ongoing outreach; (3) existing data review and evaluation; (4) initial project models and other tools; (5) draft methodology memorandum; and (6) final deliverables.
