16 May Notice of Public Comment Period
Notice is hereby given that on May 16, 2018, the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) released the updated draft of the Title VI Plan for public comment. Through its Title VI Plan, SCOG ensures its commitment to not exclude anyone from participation in its transportation program or deny the benefits of SCOG’s services on the basis of race, color, gender, or national origin.

All comments must be in writing and received by SCOG no later than June 10, 2018. SCOG’s Transportation Policy Board will review and consider all comments before voting on the updated Title VI Plan at their June 20, 2018 meeting.
