05 Sep Notice of Public Comment Period
Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made the proposed regional project evaluation process for human services transportation projects available for public comment. Through the proposed process, projects would be assigned regional priority for the statewide 2019–2021 Washington State Department of Transportation Consolidated Grant Program. Regional criteria and weights to evaluate projects are included in the proposed evaluation process.
The public comment period closes on September 11, 2018. Action on approval of an evaluation process is anticipated at the September 19, 2018 SCOG Transportation Policy Board meeting. All written comments received on or before September 11 will be distributed to the Transportation Policy Board one week before the meeting.

Paper copies are available at SCOG offices located at 315 South Third Street, Suite 100, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 during normal business hours.
