The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) is issuing a regional call for human services transportation projects. The call for projects was approved by SCOG’s Transportation Policy Board at their meeting on September 16, 2026.
The call for projects opens on September 18 and closes on October 9. Only project applications from the Skagit region submitted to the Washington State Department of Transportation’s Consolidated Grant Program can be considered in this call for projects.
A regional supplemental application must also be submitted with other application materials by the deadline.
