A regional call for projects is issued by the Skagit Council of Governments to select projects for federal funding in the Skagit region. The call for projects document and forms are linked below.

Application materials are due by May 14. See “How to Submit” section in the call for projects for application instructions.
Any questions about the call for projects should be emailed to markh@scog.net. Questions received, if any, will be posted to the Skagit Council of Governments website with staff responses.
