03 Dec Request for Proposal- Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan Transportation Planning Services
The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for a Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan.
SCOG is the metropolitan planning organization and regional transportation planning organization for Skagit County and is leading the process to develop a Transportation Resilience Improvement plan. The project is funded primarily through federal funds provided through the PROTECT Discretionary Grants Program and an agreement with the Federal Highway Administration. The expected timeframe for the project is 16 months, beginning in February 2025 and extending through May 2026.
