The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for professional services relating to preparation of a coordinated public transit-human services transportation plan (CPT-HSTP). SCOG is the regional transportation planning organization for Skagit County and is leading the planning process to develop the plan.
