The Skagit Council of Governments launched a regional planning effort in June titled "Move Skagit" to improve transportation mobility, safety and resilience in Skagit County. Three plans are being developed concurrently as part of this effort: a Regional Transportation Plan; a Regional Safety Action Plan; and a Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan.
