Skagit Human Services Transportation Planning Online Open House
The online open house for the 2022 Skagit Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP) update is now available. This open house is a key component of the public outreach for the CPT-HSTP update and will help identify and address regional human services transportation needs. Notice of Public Comment Period for Freight Mobility Strategic Investment Board Regional List of Projects
Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made a proposed regional list of Freight Mobility Strategic Investment Board (FMSIB) projects available for public comment. SCOG will submit a list of projects to FMSIB by August 15, 2022. SCOG will not be selecting projects for funding, nor prioritizing projects through this process. Instead, SCOG has compiled a list of projects from the region and will submit the list to FMSIB, following approval by SCOG’s Transportation Policy Board. The Skagit Council of Governments received requests to amend the 2022-2027 Regional Transportation Improvement Program. The public is encouraged to review the proposed amendments and submit any written comments to Mark Hamilton at markh@scog.net by July 7. Written comments will be included in the meeting packet distributed to the Transportation Policy Board for their July 20 meeting.
