After federal funding awards are made through numerous processes, these funds must be "obligated" (set aside) prior to being spent on preliminary engineering, right of way and construction of transportation projects. The Annual Listing of Federal Obligations is a report that tracks these federal funds and compares obligation with programming of transportation funds within Skagit County. The public is encouraged to review the proposed amendment and submit any written comments to Kevin Murphy by April 6, 2018.
