Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made the draft Skagit Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (Plan) available for public comment. The Plan is prepared and approved through a regional process and helps to identify transportation needs and develop solutions to improve access for seniors, youth, people with disabilities, people with lower incomes, limited English speakers, and those without access to a private vehicle. Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made the proposed regional project evaluation process for human services transportation projects available for public comment.  Through the proposed process, projects would be assigned regional priority for the statewide 2023–2025 Washington State Department of Transportation Consolidated Grant Program.  Regional criteria and weights to evaluate projects are included in the proposed evaluation process.
