The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for a Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan. SCOG is the metropolitan planning organization and regional transportation planning organization for Skagit County and is leading the process to develop a Transportation Resilience Improvement plan. The project is funded primarily through federal funds provided through the PROTECT Discretionary Grants Program and an agreement with the Federal Highway Administration.
