The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) is issuing a regional call for human services transportation projects.  The call for projects was approved by SCOG’s Transportation Policy Board at their meeting on September 18, 2024. The call for projects opens on September 20 and closes on October 11.  Only project applications from the Skagit region submitted to Washington State Department of Transportation’s Consolidated Grant Program can be considered in this call for projects. A regional supplemental application must also be submitted with other application materials by the deadline.

Notice is hereby given that the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) has made the draft 2025-2030 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) available for public comment. The public comment period closes on October 4, 2024.  Action on approval of the RTIP is anticipated at the October 16, 2024 SCOG Transportation Policy Board meeting.  All written comments received on or before October 4 will be distributed to the Transportation Policy Board one week before the meeting.
