Meeting materials for the November 15, 2017 meeting of the Skagit Council of Governments Board of Directors are now available.  The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Wa Walton Event Center at the Swinomish Casino & Lodge.  The quickest access to the Wa Walton Event Center is through the eastern entrance of the facility, where the Lodge is.

The Housing Inventory and Transportation Analysis is not an agenda item on this month’s meeting but will be included on the December 20, 2017 agenda of the Board of Directors.
