25 May Notice of Public Review Period of Surface Transportation Program Block Grant Project Prioritization
On March 17, 2017, the SCOG Transportation Policy Board issued a call for projects to utilize around $5 million in Surface Transportation Program Block Grant funding. SCOG received 15 applications, requesting over $11 million in funding. After scoring the project submissions, staff presented them to the Technical Advisory Committee for review and recommendation. The Technical Advisory Committee’s recommendation is summarized in the memo below:
The public is encouraged to review the preliminary rankings and provide comments to the SCOG Transportation Policy Board for consideration. Written comments are due to SCOG by June 9, 2017 so they can be included in the Transportation Policy Board’s meeting packets. Written comments can be submitted by commenting on this blog post, email, or traditional mail to the address below:
